Pressure washing
Driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, and other flat concrete. We run a 20-inch surface cleaner so the whole slab comes out an even tone — no zebra stripes from a hand wand.

House & soft washing
Siding, brick, stucco, soffits, gutters, and fascia. Green algae and mildew don't need high pressure — they need the right cleaning solution and a gentle rinse. That's soft washing, and it's what protects your siding while it cleans.

Window cleaning
Interior and exterior glass, year-round. Screens, sills, and tracks included so the whole window looks finished — not just the pane.

Christmas light installation
Design, install, maintenance through the season, and takedown after — you never touch a ladder. Booking opens in the fall and the best weekends fill early.

Frequently asked questions
Will pressure washing damage my concrete, siding, or roof?
No — because we match the method to the surface. Concrete and other hard flatwork get a surface cleaner at an appropriate pressure. Siding, brick, painted surfaces, and roofs get low-pressure soft washing, where a cleaning solution does the work instead of force.
What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses water force and is right for concrete and masonry. Soft washing uses low pressure plus a cleaning solution and is right for anything that force could damage — siding, screens, wood, and roofs. Most homes need both, on different surfaces.
Do you bring your own water and power?
[Confirm:] We typically connect to an outdoor spigot and standard outlets. If yours aren't available, tell us when we quote and we'll bring what we need.
Do I need to be home?
[Confirm:] Not for most exterior work, as long as we can reach water and the areas being cleaned. Interior window cleaning does need someone to let us in.
Is it safe for my plants and pets?
[Confirm:] The solutions we use are diluted for exterior cleaning and we pre-water and rinse landscaping around the work area. We ask that pets stay inside while we're on site.
How long does a job take?
A single-service job like a driveway is usually a few hours. A full house wash with windows is a half to full day. We give you a time window when we schedule.
How and when do I pay?

What if I'm not happy with part of the job?
